How do I show my ticket at the venue?

Every ticket has a unique QR code, which you'll find in your ticket email and on the order page. At the venue, show this QR code for scanning.

No need to print it: it's enough to show the QR code on your phone at entry, scanning works the same way from a screen.

Can I buy tickets for multiple people at once?

Yes, you can buy several tickets in one purchase. Each ticket gets its own, unique QR code, which you can share among the people in your group.

What happens if I lose the email with my ticket?

You can look up your tickets with your order number and email address at panel.vibelify.app/jegy/rendeles, QR codes included. If you can't find the order number either, email [email protected] from the address you used at purchase and we'll find your order.
