Selling a ticket for cash or card

Choosing the event and ticket type, quantity, payment method, and issuing the QR code instantly.

On the Ticket sales tab, first choose the event, then the ticket type. Only the events to which the organizer has assigned you or your group appear. Until that has happened, the interface stays empty.

  1. Choose the event.
  2. Choose the ticket type: if the organizer set a buyer discount for your group, you see it here (e.g. "HUF 4000 instead of HUF 5000").
  3. Enter the quantity.
  4. Choose the payment method: Cash or Bank card. This only records how you took the money from the buyer, the system doesn't charge a card, you handle the payment directly with the buyer.
  5. Enter the buyer's name and email if you know them (optional, stored with the order). The system doesn't send the ticket by email: the QR code appears on the screen, show it to the buyer or hand it over.
  6. Click the Issue ticket button.

The amount to collect from the buyer is the ticket price(s) plus the system usage fee (2.5% + HUF 90). We don't charge a payment fee here. After issuing, the QR code appears immediately, which can be shown on site for entry, and it works the same as an online purchased ticket.

Issuing a ticket is final, and immediately reduces the available quantity of the ticket type. Only issue a ticket if the buyer has actually paid.

I can't see an event in the list, although I know it is running.

The organizer has to assign you or your group to the event (when creating or editing it) before you can sell tickets for it. Ask them to do it.

The ticket type is sold out, but I would still need more.

If 0 remain for the ticket type, you can't issue more for it. In that case contact the organizer to ask whether they will open a new quota.

I sold the wrong quantity by mistake.

A ticket sale can't be undone on the sales interface. In that case contact the organizer: they handle the money of on-site sales, and the system can't refund on-site tickets.
