Where do I find my tickets in the app?

My tickets shows the tickets you bought with the email address you use to sign in to the app. Each ticket is a separate card: the QR code on top, and below it the ticket type, the serial number, the event and the ticket ID.

• Active: your tickets not used yet. Tap the QR code to enlarge it, so it is easier to scan.
• Used: tickets already scanned at the venue.
• Expired: tickets you did not use within a week after the event, or that were cancelled.

Refunded tickets do not appear in the list.
