Commission and the My sales list

How your commission is calculated, and where you can follow your earlier sales.

On the My sales tab you see the list of tickets you issued, and at the top of the page the summary of the commission accumulated so far.

The organizer sets the commission for your group (a percentage or a fixed amount per ticket), and every member of the group gets the same. For every ticket sold the system assigns your commission immediately and automatically, you don't have to claim it separately.

• The event's title, the buyer's name (if you gave it) and the date of the sale.
• The total amount of the order.
• The commission due to you, highlighted.

Agree the method and frequency of paying out the commission with the organizer, Vibelify's system only records it, the organizer handles the payment.

Why is my commission zero on a sale?

If your group's commission is 0, the sale appears in the list, but without commission. Ask the organizer if this is unexpected.

Can I see other promoters' sales?

No, only your own sales appear for you.
