Contacts and contact details

The list of your buyers and the two contact details you can provide: the public one for buyers, the business one for the Vibelify team.

It means two separate things: on the Contact details page you provide how you can be reached, and in the Contacts report you see the list of your buyers.

Contact details

• Public contact: email address and an optional phone number. Buyers see this if they want to contact you about an event.
• Business contact: the representative's name, email address and phone number. The Vibelify team reaches you here if necessary. We handle it discreetly, buyers don't see it.

For approval the given contact details have to be filled in. If something is missing, the Account page shows it.

Contacts (your buyers)

Among the Reports, Contacts shows all your buyers, from all your events, in a single list.

Only use buyers' data for purposes connected to ticket sales. For a marketing email you need their separate consent.
