Promoter discounted price

When you can give the buyer a discount at purchase, and who sets it.

The organizer can set a buyer discount for your group, as a percentage or a fixed amount per ticket. If it is set, on the Ticket sales tab, when you choose the ticket type, you see both prices: the crossed-out regular price and the actual discounted price. The discount applies the same way to every ticket type.

If no discount is set for your group, you have to charge the regular price. In that case there is no crossed-out price, only a single amount.

You don't decide the amount of the discount during a sale. It is always the value the organizer set in advance, which the interface applies automatically.

Can I give a buyer a discount myself?

No, on the interface you can only charge the price set by the organizer.
