What is a sales account

The promoter ticket-selling interface: selling tickets on site for cash or card, with commission.

A sales account is a separate interface (sales.vibelify.app) that an organizer creates for you if they want you to sell tickets live on site for their events, for cash or by bank card. You get a commission on every ticket sold.

This differs from the public application described in the Become a promoter article: that is a community/marketing role (spreading the word, exclusive parties), while the sales account is a tool specifically for selling tickets, which an organizer gives you after getting to know you or asking you.

How you get it

You can't open an account yourself: an organizer invites you by email and usually puts you into a sales group too. The group determines your commission and the buyer discount. Which events you can sell tickets for is set by the organizer: they assign your group or you personally to the event. The invitation contains an activation link, and in the invitation you also see your group's name, your commission and your personal code.

If you feel you would be a good promoter for a given organizer, it is best to approach them directly (e.g. through the contact details shown on the event page). Inviting a sales account is always the organizer's decision.

Do I have to pay for a sales account?

No, the account is activated free of charge by accepting the invitation.

Can I work for several organizers at once?

Yes, if several organizers invite you, you manage the events of all of them from the same sales account.
