Your organizer profile

Logo, introduction, social links, and what users see of it.

Your profile is what users see next to your events and on the organizer page. You edit it on the panel's Profile page.

What you can provide

• Profile picture / logo: required. This appears next to your events, on the map markers and in in-app notifications.
• Organizer name, introduction and city.
• Contact person's name and phone number: only we see this, it doesn't go out into the app.
• Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube username.

Following

Users can follow you. Whoever follows gets a notification when a new event of yours appears. This is the cheapest way for your returning audience to learn about new parties.

The notification goes out when the event actually becomes visible (so for a paid event, after the discount code check), and exactly once per event. The push message goes to those who haven't turned off event notifications in their settings; the in-app notification list gets it for everyone.

Your logo is always next to the entry in the in-app notification list. As an image it appears in the 24-hour and 1-hour event reminder push messages, on Android.
