How to search the knowledge base

The search box, the For buyers / For organizers tabs, and browsing by topic.

In the search box at the top of the knowledge base it is enough to type two characters, and the system shows results immediately, as you type. For buyer questions it searches in the question and the short answer, for the other articles in the title, the keywords and the article text.

You can switch between the For buyers and For organizers tabs at any time: the first shows articles about buying tickets and using the application, the second about organizing events.

If you don't know exactly what to look for, browse by topic: the view without search shows the articles in a full list divided into topics.

I can't find the topic I'm looking for.

Try a shorter search of one or two words, or look through the topic closest to it. If that doesn't work either, write to us on the Contact page.
