How long until you get an answer

What to expect after you have sent your question or request.

We typically answer questions sent to [email protected] or through the Contact page form within a few working days.

A refund after a time change is requested with the Request refund button on the order page, and the system checks the change of time automatically. The organizer doesn't decide on the request.

After the decision, paying the amount back typically takes a few more working days, depending on your bank's processing time.

I haven't received an answer in a week.

Check your spam folder, and if it isn't there either, write again to [email protected], referring to your original request.
