Downloading your data
With one button you can download everything we store about you.
Under Settings → Other, the "Download my data (GDPR)" item gives you the data belonging to your account in one file. This is the exercise of your right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR.
What it contains
- The basic data of your account: ID, email address, username, city, streak and the time of registration.
- The events you requested a reminder for, with the status and time of the request.
- The events you checked in at, with the time of the check-in.
- The usernames of your accepted friends.
- The type and time of your last 100 notifications.
The file is in JSON format, and you can save it or send it on with your phone's share function. The export contains the data tied to your account; if you are curious about anything beyond this, write to [email protected].
You can download your data even if we have restricted your account in the meantime: the right of access doesn't end because of that.
You can read about the details of data processing in the privacy notice. If you want to delete your account, the deleting your account article covers that.
