Connecting Barion and your invoicing account

On the Account page you connect your own Barion account and your Billingo or Számlázz.hu account, so that you can sell tickets.

Ticket sales are built on two external accounts: the buyers' payments arrive in your Barion account, and the invoices are made automatically in your invoicing provider. You connect both on the Account page. The general description of the process is in the Selling tickets on Vibelify article.

Barion

  1. Enter the email address of your own Barion merchant account (your payment point).
  2. Enter the POS key, which you find on the Barion interface in the settings of your payment point.
  3. Click connect. A successful connection is shown on the Account page by the "Connected" label, and of the key only a masked part is visible.

We store the POS key encrypted, and don't display it anywhere. You manage your payout bank account at Barion, we don't see it.

Invoicing provider

Choose whether you use Billingo or Számlázz.hu. For Billingo you see a single field: the API key, which you generate in the API settings of your Billingo account. For Számlázz.hu you enter the Számla Agent key and, if you use one, the invoice prefix (optional).

If you later reconnect your Barion or invoicing account, or change your seller details, the automatic check runs again. Until it finishes, ticket sales may be paused.

Why does it say connected, but I can't sell tickets?

Besides the connection, your seller details and the automatic approval are also needed. On the Account page you see what is missing, and with the Recheck now button you can start the check immediately.

Where do I find the Barion POS key?

On the Barion interface, in the settings of your payment point (merchant account). If you don't have a payment point yet, you must create it at Barion first.
