Managing the gallery

How you upload photos for your finished events, and how you remove one.

The gallery lives on the panel's Gallery page, and it collects the photos of your finished events. Selecting an event you see all its photos, and from there you can upload a new one or remove an existing one.

Who can upload

Only you, the organizer. Users can't upload photos to the event gallery: the gallery is your selection of what the party was like.

• You can only upload for a finished event: uploading opens 5 hours after the start.
• At most 50 photos per event.
• At most 10 MB per photo, JPEG, PNG or WebP, at most 8000×8000 pixels.
• The system automatically resizes the photos and saves them in WebP format.

When you upload the first photo for an event, everyone who checked in at the event gets a notification. This goes out once per event, further uploads don't send another notification.

Removal

In the gallery of your own events you can remove any photo, after a confirmation. Deletion is final: the photo disappears from the app immediately, and is deleted from storage too.

Remove a photo if it violates the Terms or the law, or if someone asks that they not appear in it.

Automatic deletion

The gallery photos delete themselves after 30 days. If you want to keep them, save them for yourself before uploading.
