Reporting a security problem or abuse

When to turn directly to Vibelify about another user or about your account.

If you have a problem with another user's behavior (harassment, inappropriate content, suspected fraud), you can also report it directly inside the app. The Reporting and moderation article describes this in detail.

If the problem concerns the security of your account (e.g. suspected unauthorized access, a privacy concern), or you have a more serious dispute with an organizer themselves, write directly to [email protected]. The in-app report doesn't cover these.

For the security of your account, never share your password with anyone, the Vibelify team will never ask you for it either.
