Refund policy in a nutshell

When the price of your ticket is refunded.

The price of the ticket is only refunded in two cases: if the event is cancelled (automatically), or if the time of the event changes (you can request it for 7 days from the announcement of the change, but at the latest 3 days before the new start, on the order page with the Request refund button). The same rule applies to every event, the organizer can't set a different one.

Do I always get my money back?

No: only on cancellation or a time change. In other cases (e.g. you changed your mind) the ticket price can't be refunded.
