Reports: sales, entry, invoices and fees
An overview of all organizer reports: what each shows, and where you find it.
You reach reports on two levels: for all your events at the Reports item of the sidebar, and for one specific event on the Reports page of the event's menu.
For all your events
- Sales summary: monthly ticket revenue and monthly tickets sold, and the split of revenue between online, on-site and promoter sales.
- Conversion funnel: how many people viewed the event, how many clicked the ticket link, and how many bought online. On-site and promoter sales don't count in it.
- Orders: the orders of all your events in one list.
- Daily on-site sales: the gate ticket sales of a given day, by payment method.
- Attendance: entries by day and by time of day.
- Entries by place of sale: whether they entered with an online or an on-site ticket.
- Discount codes and promoters: the use of the codes and the sales of the promoters.
- Refunds: the refunds initiated by organizers and by buyers.
- Invoicing: the invoices issued automatically after successful purchases.
- Service fee: Vibelify's system usage fee on your sales, by month.
- Contacts: all your buyers in one list, see the Contacts and contact details article.
For one event
From the event's Reports page the reports on sales, daily on-site sales, attendance, the source of entries, promoters, refunds, invoices and service fee are also available, narrowed to that event. The basic statistics are described by the Event statistics article.
For on-site (gate) sales there is no Barion payment, so no online service fee arises there. The Service fee report accordingly only shows online sales.
